I founded ImposterPlay Lab with a big hope: to see a generation graduate without ever needing the words imposter syndrome to explain why they doubt they belong.

That starts with changing how we learn. Research, behavioural science and play come together in experiences that help people recognise the hidden rules shaping confidence, belonging and opportunity. Instead of just hearing about a challenge, people can explore it, feel its effects and discover new ways forward.
